Our bed bases are constructed from "flexislats" that are laminated wood, corrugated and concave in profile. The flex in the slat takes the place of the traditional box spring base, but being open, allows a natural flow of air around the mattress. The central spine that runs head to toe, with pivoting and flexing slats on either side, ensures independent movement on each side of the bed with minimal partner disturbance.
