If you appreciate the look and feel of our pieces we can produce these items to suit your space.
From different finishes, minor or major dimension changes to new design work that sits with our unique simple style.
THE PROCESS : BESPOKE DESIGN
At either our R&H Workshop or R&H Willoughby, we will be delighted to show you examples of our work and discuss your requirements in detail.
Our showroom pieces will give you confirmation of our style and standard.
THE WORK BEGINS :
If appropriate we will happily visit your home and agree a design brief. From here we will give an indication of price and produce intial sketch plans.
On approval, we will produce AutoCAD drawings. These line drawings will be supplemented with a fixed price and a sample of the finish.
There will be an opportunity to amend the proposed design prior to confirmation of order.
Every piece that carries our name is designed in house and made by our own trained craftsmen.
The construction process normally takes 6 to 10 weeks from approval of the drawings.
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION :
If you are in Auckland or Sydney your furniture will be delivered, unwrapped and installed by members of the R&H team.
For all orders outside Auckland and Sydney, we can obtain a door to door quotation and assist with the necessary arrangements.
